A little background knowledge about myself, I grew up working in my Father’s Service Business beginning around the age of 8 years old. Out of curiosity, I learned how to operate the tools and equipment that he used, then eventually I began riding along to jobsites with my dad. His clients loved it and he taught me everything he knew about customer service, such as; Honoring your word and treating people with love.
It's always been a dream of mine to have my own company. Now, being blessed with the responsibility of leadership, I will implement all of the core values that my father taught me early on. My dreams have come full circle. I own and operate this company and ironically, my father now works for me! I just wish I could keep him out of my tools and equipment sometimes, haha.
My point is, we are going to take great care of our Business Clients! We will do what we promise, even when it hurts! We will show up on time, every time. We will answer our phone, and keep direct communication with you, as we should. We are going to "treat others as we ourselves would want to be treated" Luke 6:31.
